
Benefit Experience Required. HR Experience Strongly Preferred.
SUMMARY:
This position will be reporting to the Vice-President of Human Resources. The person in this position will be responsible for benefits administration and various other duties assigned to benefits, wellness and other HR functions.
REQUIREMENTS:
? The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of HR and/or Benefits experience.
? Experience with ADP a plus.
? Must have excellent communication and organization skills.
? Must be extremely detail-oriented.
? Must be an independent worker and not require much direction.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Benefits enrollment and termination for medical, dental, vision and flex
? Enrollment and termination for 401k and Pension
? Process pension calculations for associates
? Complete all necessary steps for associates preparing to retire
? Research all claims issues for associates.
? Assist associates going out on LOA and if necessary, assist with the LTD process
? Project leader for Open Enrollment
? Assist with balancing Payable and Flex Accounts
? Maintain ADP database – enter new hires, terms, name changes, address changes, etc.
? Send new hire and term e-mails
? Send exit interviews to terms
? Assist HR Director with recruiting
? FDIC Vacation tracking
? Employment Verifications
? New Hire Orientation
? Mulitple Worksite Reports
? Ordering flowers for employee bereavement
? Baby Gifts/E-mails
? Keep track of supplies and order new supplies monthly.
